Looking for a unique and meaningful experience for your preschooler? Our Equine-Assisted Learning sessions are specially designed for ages 2–4 — no riding, just magical moments with gentle horses! 🐎✨

Through fun, hands-on activities like brushing, storytime and games, your little one will:

Our home ed group provides a unique outdoor learning experience for home-educated children aged 6 to 16. Through equine assisted learning (EAL), our students develop confidence, emotional awareness, social skills, and a strong connection with nature and animals — all while having fun and feeling supported.

Do you have a pony mad kid? 

Or a neurodivergent child? 

We provide a safe relaxed outdoor environment giving the opportunity for children to build healthy relationships and thrive. 

They are encouraged to be themselves and to explore things at their own pace. 

During our meadow mate sessions the children will learn about different aspects of horse care as well as learn emotional regulation skills and build confidence. 

All our sessions are run in a relaxed manner letting children explore things in an organic way that suits their needs. 💚

💖 Little Hooves & Big Hearts programme 💖 

A fun, engaging, and developmentally supportive programme that introduces children to the magic of horses while building life skills through structured, equine-assisted learning and activities. 🐴💕

Programme Overview

Age Group: 4 to 8 years

Session Duration: 60 minutes

Programme Length: 6 weekly sessions

Group Size: 4 children per group

✨Weekly Session Themes ✨

1. Meet the Herd Children are introduced to the ponies and basic safety rules, helping them feel safe and excited about future sessions. 🐴

2. Pony Body Language Children learn to recognize non-verbal cues and understand animal behavior as a way to increase empathy and awareness. 💕

3. Pony Friends & Feelings We connect pony emotions to children’s own feelings, encouraging expression in healthy ways. 🥰

4. Confidence Course An obstacle course with ponies helps children challenge fears and build bravery.💪

5. Pony Talk & Teamwork Children work in pairs to practice cooperation, patience, and shared goals. 💕

6. Caring for My Pony Pal Through feeding and grooming, children learn the importance of responsibility and nurturing. 🌿

Children will learn that it’s okay to feel big things—and that, like horses, they can face those feelings with grace, strength, and softness.

Every child will be equipped with a horse hearts journal that will include;

Equine-Assisted Learning Programme for Children with Anxiety

Programme Overview

A structured, evidence-informed programme using horses to support children (ages 7–14) in managing anxiety through experiential learning, emotional awareness, and trust-building activities.

Reduce anxiety symptoms through structured interaction with horses.

Improve emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Build communication skills and self-confidence.

Develop trust, patience, and responsibility.

Individual sessions 

Sessions can have an effect in enabling creative thinking, increasing development skills, boosting self-confidence, encouraging expression of emotions, releasing stress, teaching you to trust and aiding communication.

Each session is individually tailored to you.

The sessions can include a range of activities such as; herd watching, grooming, feeding, caring for the horse, problem solving and overcoming obstacles.

Individual sessions last around 60 minutes
